Local Food Education

That first visit to the local farmers market can be daunting.

What is this?

What would I cook with those?

How do they make that?

Even seasoned farmers market shoppers and backyard growers know that there’s always something new to learn when it comes to local foods. At Augusta Locally Grown, our goal is to connect you to local community experts so that we ALL learn new ways to grow, cook and eat these beautiful ingredients.  We gladly partner with other local organizations to promote their workshops.  And we host about a dozen or more of our own each year!

Here’s a list of workshops we hosted in 2015-2016.  Our goal is to repeat and add more into the future!
