INDIGENOUS FOOD, CORN & KNEEL DOWN BREAD
We are honored to have Indigenous Foods Educator Chef Dave McCluskey lead this workshop. Chef Dave is a bit of a Three Sisters evangelist, of which Corn is his shining star. Learn to appreciate the historical significance of corn to our continent and its original people. Partake in the making and eating of Kneel Down Bread in the process. Dave will also share news of his new venture, Augusta Boucherie, hosted at White Hills Farm this fall. Workshop costs $10 and space is limited to just 12 people. Hosted by Augusta & Co. in their lovely new space on Broad Street.
