Chef Brandon Johnson of “Plated with Love” will teach a sauce making workshop followed by a Lentil Salad class, resulting in a meal that you make and take home to feed your family. Yes! There will be samples! This is an absolutely vegan-friendly class, with a focus on fresh, seasonal, local veggies and herbs that you’ll help pick right from our teaching garden.
Free of charge for those in our FVRx 2019 or SNAP ED 2019 programs; a $5 donation to cover costs is requested of others.
