Simple Cheese Making Workshop
Kim and Cassidy of Augusta Locally Grown will walk you through the science as well as the simple steps of two cheeses: paneer and mozzarella. This class will include a demo, samples and supplies for you to take home to make your own cheese, including a gallon of whole milk from Southern Swiss Dairy. This workshop is part of our Local Food Summer Workshops series, hosted in partnership with Augusta & Co. at their lovely new venue on Broad Street in downtown Augusta.
